How delivery works

Choose the plan, enter the email that should receive the order, and pay through Stripe. Keep the ChatGPT account email accurate. Automatic orders are applied after payment when inventory is available; support-handled orders are checked by a person before activation.

This is a one-month purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. Keep your order number and purchase email together so you can use the order lookup page.

Before you order

Confirm that you control the ChatGPT account and that no other activation is in progress. Do not share your password, email password or a one-time login code. If the account already has a paid plan, tell support so the periods do not conflict.

Digital products cannot normally be returned once delivered. If activation fails, contact support with the order number; the published refund policy applies.
